Kasane (kah-SAH-neh) means "layers" in Japanese — like the colors of Heian-era robes, layered one over another. That's how we build every shade: several tones, never one flat black.
We're a Vietnam-designed, Japanese-inspired brand, and we say so plainly. Every piece is made with our partner workshop and ships from our US warehouse.

Will it match my texture?
Pick Blowout if you wear your hair blown out or stretched, Silk Press if it's pressed or relaxed, and Coily for 4B–4C. Not sure? Send a stylist a daylight photo. If it's still not right, we swap it free.
Which color should I pick?
Most natural black hair is a 1B. Between two shades? Send us a daylight photo and a stylist will tell you — and if it's off when it arrives, we swap it free.
Is it human hair? What is Hanera™ Fiber?
No. Hanera™ is our premium engineered fiber — light, low-shine, and never anyone else's hair.
Will it pull on my edges?
A full 14" pony weighs about 110 g, and the two combs are coated in soft silicone. Keep your puff low-tension and give your edges a day off now and then.
Can I use heat?
Yes — flat iron or curl on low, up to 284°F / 140°C. Most days you won't need to.
How do I wash and store it?
Rinse in cool water with a gentle shampoo, pat with a towel and let it air-dry. Store it flat or on a hanger between wears so the texture stays put.
What's the lash box?
Every set includes a Kasane lash box with 3 pairs of lashes, on us. Patch test first and use a latex-free glue.
Can I buy a bun or puff on its own?
Our buns and puffs come in sets, so they always match your ponytail or each other. Sets start at $75 and include a lash box.
Is it safe?
It goes on with a drawstring and two combs — no glue, no heat. We're having Hanera™ independently lab-tested and will post the full report on this page as soon as it's in.
Where does it ship from? Will I pay anything at delivery?
Designed in Vietnam, made in China, and shipped from our US warehouse in 2–5 business days, with tracking. Duties are prepaid, so there are no fees at your door.
